Jake Tapper & Jennifer Marie Brown – 14 Years

Jake Tapper is one of the most recognizable faces on American television, thanks to his work on shows like The Lead With Jake Tapper and State Of The Union. But his wife, Jennifer Marie Brown, is on the other end of the spectrum, choosing to stay out of the spotlight instead.

What little information we know is about her work with Planned Parenthood. She met Tapper in 2004 at a hotel bar, and they got married in 2006 in an intimate ceremony.  In July 2020, a film based on Tapper’s book, The Outpost, premiered. It stars Milo Gibson, Orlando Bloom, Scott Eastwood, and Caleb Landry Jones.

What’s it like being married to the nicest guy in Hollywood? Well, you just have to ask actress Rita Wilson. She is married to Tom Hanks, who carries that title with great pride. The Forest Gump star met his wife on the set of the sitcom Bosom Buddies in 1981.

But they only got serious after meeting again in 1985 on the set of the film Volunteer. Hanks was so smitten by her he converted to Greek Orthodox Christianity so that he could marry her. Alongside Peter Jennings and Dan Rather, Tom Brokaw was renowned as one of the big three news anchors of the ’80s, ’90s, and 2000s. He has been in the industry since the ’60s and is the only person to host The Today Show, NBC Nightly News, and Meet the Press, NBC’s major programs.

While his career has been soaring since 1966, his marriage to his wife Meredith Lynn Auld has persevered even longer. They both got married in 1962, and Auld even helped him overcome cancer. Talk about a match made in heaven!

Dan Rather & Jean Goebel – 63 Years

In America, it’s usually soldiers who are considered true heroes, but Dan Rather can be considered one as well. He created the first radar weather report when he placed a transparent map over a radar image. The year was 1961, the radar image was of Hurricane Carla, and Rather’s creation initiated the evacuation of 350,000 people in Texas.

Besides his heroics, he was also known as one of the top three news anchors in America. Before his heroics, he married Jean Goebel in 1957. He has described her as his inspiration throughout his career, and he is still active, currently hosting the eighth season of The Big Interview With Dan Rather.

Rush Limbaugh & Kathryn Adams Limbaugh – 10 Years

Rush Limbaugh has been married four times, with three of them ending in divorce. But his most recent marriage to former Party Planner Kathryn Rogers appears to have lasted the test of time. It’s at least been as long as his previous marriage to Marta Fitzgerald.

They married in 2010, with Elton John providing the entertainment. There have been talks of trouble in paradise, with rumors of Rogers having an affair. But it appears that all is well, and the popular yet controversial radio host hasn’t split from his wife. Having spent 12 years at Dateline NBC and 13 years at NBC Today, Jane Pauley can best be described as a stalwart. She is also open up about her struggles with bipolar and sits on the board of directors for the Children’s Health Fund.

Her husband is Garry Trudeau, who she married in 1980 and has three children with. He is a Pulitzer Prize-winning cartoonist who is responsible for creating the Doonesbury comic strip. He is also the executive producer of Alpha House, an Amazon Prime political satire web series.

Howie Long is a former defensive end who spent his entire career with the Raiders in Oakland and Los Angeles. As a player, he was named in eight Pro Blow games and helped the Los Angeles Raiders win the Super Bowl XVIII in 1984.

Despite being a charming James Bond, Pierce Brosnan is not much of a lady’s man in real life. As a matter of fact, despite being married twice, it probably wouldn’t have been the case if his first wife, actress Cassandra Harris, hadn’t passed away due to ovarian cancer.

But that changed in 2005 when she met country superstar Keith Urban at G’Day LA, an event honoring Australians. They married just over a year later at Cardinal Cerretti Memorial Chapel on St Patrick’s Estate in Sydney, Australia. Kidman recently starred in the film The Prom, while Urban released his 11th album in 2020, called The Speed of Now Part 1.

Jay Leno & Mavis Leno – 40 Years

When Jay Leno retired from hosting The Tonight Show, after 17 years, he didn’t outright retire from TV.  The 70-year-old has been dabbling in some web content, and as of 2014, he has been hosting a show called Jay Leno’s Garage, which is all about the vehicle enthusiast in him.

It helps that Leno has millions in his bank account and about 280 vehicles in his collection, but he also boasts an enduring marriage. His wife, a philanthropist, named Mavis Nicholson, must just be pleased that he doesn’t have to leave home at odd hours to do shows with weird and wonderful people.

Jodie Foster & Alexandra Hedison – 7 Years

Jodie Foster and Alexandra Hedison were so sure about each other that they tied the knot in April 2014 after just a year of dating. Before discovering her orientation, Oscar-winning Foster was in a previous relationship with producer Cydney Bernard, with whom she had two sons.

Actress, photographer, and director Hedison counts Ellen Degeneres as one of her previous partners. She dated the talk show host from 2001 to 2004. Foster and Hedison, meanwhile, went public at a technology seminar in October 2013. Valerie Bertinelli & Tom Vitale – 16 Years

It seems strange to have your ex-husband at your wedding. Yet, that’s what happened when the late great Eddie Van Halen attended the wedding of Valerie Bertinelli and her new husband, Tom Vitale. Actress Bertinelli and Van Halen divorced in 2001, after being married for 20-years.

The other irony is that Bertinelli initially just wanted two guests at her wedding, and they weren’t even her son and ex-husband. But the guest list grew to over 100. Bertinelli was last seen on TV, hosting a show on the Food Network called the Family Restaurant Rivalry. Van Halen, meanwhile passed away on 6 October 2020.

Russell Wilson & Ciara – 4 Years

Russell Wilson must’ve thought he had done the unthinkable by getting his new wife Ciara to take his surname. But the joke was on him since she doesn’t use a surname anyway. But none of that matters since the marriage is going strong.

Their four years together may not seem like much, but considering that Russel’s previous marriage to Ashton Meem before only lasted two years, doubling that is a massive achievement.  In January 2020, they announced that they’re expecting their second child. In 2020 Ciara collaborated with Esther Dean on a song called Rooted.

Ron Perlman & Allison Dunbar – 1 Year

You’re must have seen or heard of Ron Perlman at some point in your life especially if you’re a fan of the original Hellboy films since he plays the title character. he was also in Sons Of Anarchy, and gamers may recognize his voice as that of Lord Hood from Halo.

Perlman had been married to Jewelry designer Opal since 1981 and shares two children with her. But after 38 years, Perlman filed for Divorce. It didn’t take him long to get back in the dating game, and it has been reported that he has shacked up with actress Allison Dunbar and has allegedly put a ring on it too.

Chris Harrison & Lauren Zima – 2 Years

Chris Harrison rose to fame for hosting the show The Bachelor, where one single man dates several women from a pre-selected group until he finds the one. But he himself was a one-woman man and had been married to his college sweetheart Gwen since 1994.

But after 18 years and two children, they parted ways, and Harrison was a Bachelor for a while. But instead of having a group of women pining over him, he waited for just one. That one was Lauren Zima, a journalist and host of Entertainment Tonight. They started dating in 2018 after meeting while shooting a Bachelor segment on Entertainment Tonight.

Kathie Lee Gifford & Randy Cronk – 1 Year

Kathie Lee Gifford and Frank Gifford were a power couple of notes. Since 1986 they were seen as one of the whose who couples in celebrity circles. But there were 23-years between them, and Frank eventually passed away of natural causes in 2015, leaving behind his younger, mourning wife.

She must have mourned for a long time because it was only until 2019 when the world finally saw Kathie with a man. That man is Randy Cronk, nine years Gifford’s junior and the president of the RMC Insurance Group. while there are no details about how they met, they were first seen at a Journey Tribute concert in 2019.

Gladys Knight & William McDowell – 19 Years

The fourth time was the charm for Gladys night seems. Her marriage to Gospel musician William Mcdowell seems to be the most successful one she’s had. Of course, it must be tough for most men to be married to a 10-time Grammy-winning  Empress of Soul who had a string of hits throughout the ’60s, ’70s, and ’80s.

But McDowell isn’t a slouch either, with five studio albums to his name. Plus, his third Album, Withholding Nothing, topping the gospel charts and earning him a Grammy nomination. Knight, meanwhile, hasn’t released any new music since 2014 with the album Where My Heart Belongs.

Tobey Maguire & Tatiana Dieteman – Less Than A Year

Original Spiderman superstar Toby Maguire had been separated from Jennifer Meyer, his Jewelry designer wife, and mother of his two kids, since 2016. But they only recently started divorce proceedings. It must have something to do with Maguire’s new lady love, model Tatiana Dieterman.

The new couple has been seen together out and about in LA, including at a party hosted by Leonardo Di Caprio. But they have been trying to keep a low profile and have only been seen together a few times. Despite having allegedly been together since August 2018. Maguire has a role in an upcoming film called Babylon. It’s set for release in 2021.

Lee Meriwether & Marshall Borden – 36 Years

Miss America 1955, Lee Merriwether has had a pretty good run in the acting industry. She has two Golden Globe Nominations for her work in the crime drama  Barnaby Jones and went on to replace Julie Newmar as Catwoman for the 1966 Batman movie.

But one aspect of her life that has been much less tumultuous is her love life. She has been married to fellow actor Marshall Borden, who is famous for his roles in Ryan’s Hope and One Life To Live since 1986, having been previously married for 16 years. Although she hasn’t retired just yet, 85-year-old Merriwether hasn’t done any acting since 2018.

Michael Caine & Shakira Caine – 47 Years

Who is the coolest person in this marriage: Shakira Caine, a Miss World runner up, or Michael Caine being a knight of the British order. We don’t know which is better, But Sir Michael Caine and his wife, actress, and model Shakira Baksh seem to be pretty happy together.

While Michael Caine was knighted for his service to the British performing arts with films like Oceans 11 and The Dark Knight Trilogy, Shakira gained fame at 19 years old by finishing as a runner-up in the 1967 Miss World Pageant. They married in 1973 and amazingly practice different religions since Shakira is Muslim, and Caine is Christian.

Tom Selleck & Jillie Mack – 32 Years

Tom Selleck was supposed to be doing his Magnum thing in the 1984 movie Lassiter. Instead, his co-stars noticed that he was being more cultured and going to the West End every evening to see the play Cats. It turns out that one of the cats had grabbed his attention, that was Rumpelteazer.

At least,  it was the actress in Rumpelteazers suit, Jillie Mack. They didn’t marry immediately, but Selleck did invite her to Hawaii, where he was filming Magnum PI. Mack found some work, and they married in 1987. Selleck is still one of the main cast members of the critically acclaimed drama series Blue Bloods. The 10th season finished in May 2020.

Lori Loughlin & Mossimo Giannulli – 23 Years

While we know Lori Loughlin as the wife of everyone’s favorite Full House character, uncle Jesse, but she actually married fashion designer Mossimo Giannulli, who she eloped with on Thanksgiving 1997. The couple has two daughters, and Loughlin is a stepmother to Giannulli’s son from a previous marriage.

They got into serious trouble with the law due to their two daughters. This, after they got involved in a college admission scandal that has seen them arrested. They were released on bail, but both had to serve jail time for their involvement.

Whitney Port & Tim Rosenman – 5 Years

The year 2019 has been a tough one for  Whitney Port. Falling pregnant with her second child, she went through a miscarriage and lost her would-be child. There was a silver lining, though. Port realized just how much she could rely on her husband, Tim Rosenman.

A reality TV show producer, he stayed by his wife’s side to support her through such a challenging experience. Although stronger than ever, the couple revealed their hesitation to try for another kid during a 2020 episode of her With Whit podcast. So, for now, she’s probably focused on working on The Hills reboot second season.

Bruce Springsteen & Patti Scialfa – 30 Years

The Boss Bruce Springsteen and Patti Scialfa’s love story is something straight out of a romantic movie. Growing up just within ten miles of each other in New Jersey, the two finally crossed paths as young musicians trying to make it in the ‘80s.

However, it would take a couple more years and a divorce, on Springsteen’s part, for them to finally get together. But when they did, they never parted. Ashley Tisdale & Christopher French – 8 Years

Ashley Tisdale, famous for playing the snooty but loveable Sharpay Evans in High School Musical, must be so glad her husband Christopher French is a composer. She says she loved him since the first time she saw him but must also see it as a sign that composers and singers just go together.

They moved through the love and marriage process pretty fast, too: met in 2012, and got engaged eight months later, and by 2014, and they were tying the knot. They announced in September 2020 that Tisdale was pregnant with their first child. she also had a starring role in the series Carol’s Second Act.

Gordon Ramsay & Cayetana Hutcheson – 24 Years

Gordon Ramsey is renowned for being a volatile celebrity chef who has a tendency for dropping F-bombs very often on-screen. But he is nothing like that at home, apparently. He has even been described as a loving husband to his wife Tana, with who he shares five children and married in 1996.

Tana was actually with a friend of Gordon’s when they met in 1992. This was before he became a big TV chef thanks to the BBC show Boiling Point in 1998. His devotion to her was proven early in their marriage when he stuck by her as she struggled to conceive children due to Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome.

Ted Lange is famous for playing the happy go lucky bartender Isaac Washington in the classic series, The Love Boat. He reprised the role in several reboots and spin-offs and even played the character in an episode of the sitcom, Martin.

Matt Lauer & Shamin Abas – Less Than A year

Matt Lauer has had it pretty tough over the last few years. He was fired from hosting NBC’s Today Show due to allegations of indecent assault. These accusations eventually led to the end of his marriage to his long-standing wife, Annette Roque.

Their divorce was finalized in September 2019. and Matt hasn’t wasted any time getting back in the dating game. By January 2020, he was dating Public Relations executive Shamin Abas. Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have both played some iconic characters. From Parkers’ portrayal of Carrie Bradshaw to Broderick’s titular character in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. It’s fitting that they are married and have been since 1997.

They met while working for a New York-based theater company that specializes in controversial themes and topics. Together they have three children, two of whom are twins. But his wife, Nancy Juvonen, isn’t too bad herself and is also quite popular in her own line of work, as a producer and co-owner of production company Flower Films. They met on the set of Saturday Night Live but only became friends when they both were on the set of the film Fever Pitch. They Married in 2007.

Jerry Seinfeld & Jessica Seinfeld – 21 Years

The name Jerry Seinfeld will always be legendary thanks to one of the greatest sitcoms in history, his eponymous sitcom, Seinfeld. The show was iconic in the ’90s and was even voted as the number one reason the ’90s ruled by E!.

He met his wife Jessica Sklar at a Sports Club in 1998. Sklar had just returned from honeymoon with her then-husband, theatrical producer Eric Nederlander, but she fell for Seinfeld, and they started dating. She divorced Nederlander, and by 1999, she and Seinfeld were married. When they met, she worked in Public Relations for Tommy Hilfiger, but she is currently a philanthropist and author.

Mark Zuckerberg & Priscilla Chan – 17 Years

Mark Zuckerberg met the love of his life, Priscilla Chan in 2003. One year later, he created the largest social networking platform on the planet, Facebook. As with all college romances, this one started at a frat party, which means Zuckerberg was probably taking a break from his Facebook mission.

Despite her husband’s wealth, Chan is still a practicing pediatrician, refusing to waste her years spent in medical school. Ellen Degeneres has come under fire in recent months. From allegations of being difficult to work with, victimizing guests, and being rude to employees, her reputation has taken a nosedive. But at least when things aren’t going smoothly at work, she has a loving wife to come home to.

Don Lemon is a much-loved TV journalist renowned for his political views and getting under Donald Trump’s skin during his presidency. He has anchored NBC’s Today and CNN Tonight since 2014 and has served as a moderator for Democrat political campaign debates.

While Lemon is constantly in front of the camera, his fiancé, Tim Malone, stays out of the spotlight. Despite a qualification in history and journalism, he opted for a big-time real estate career. Their engagement was pretty crafty, with an Instagram post of their dogs’ collar with tags popping the big question.

Sylvester Stallone & Jennifer Flavin – 23 Years

Sylvester Stallone once had to sell his dog and star in adult videos because he was flat broke. We all know he stopped doing adult films, and after selling the screenplay for Rocky, he turned his career around and even bought the dog back. His relationship with Jennifer Flavin has had similar ups and downs.

In the ’90s, the relationship was on-again-off-again, with Stallone at one point leaving Flavin, via FedEx no less. But it turns out it was because he thought model Janice Dickinson was pregnant with his child, and when he found out that she wasn’t, he went back to Flavin, whom he married in 1997.
