The ingenuity of this idea is incredulous! Next time you wake up in the morning, instead of the floor, make sure your feet land on a yoga mat.
Before going to sleep, roll out the mat next to the bed. This way, the first thing in the morning that you are reminded of is stretching. It is a great start to the day as it opens up the muscles and makes us more active. You can even skip the caffeine!
Stand and Talk

If a majority portion of the job entails sitting down, taking calls via phone or video conferencing, try standing, especially for that first call of the workday. Work the glutes, hamstrings, and quads by standing and touching your heels with the toes turned out.
Squeeze the glutes regularly, even while sitting. Try building up resilience and extending the period of these subtle movements. Press and release and keep going for 10 minutes every time you feel mentally tired or fatigued.
Take calls while walking around the office – it will help stretch the legs and jog the mind.
Have a Workout Bag Ready

It is great to leave a pair of old sneakers under the desk to remind you that it is possible to make time for a quick stair workout. Try doing modified pushups and climb flights of stairs.
Whenever you have the urge to take the elevator, try to suppress it and instead take the staircase!

One of the many beautiful qualities of the human brain is multitasking. Every morning when you are doing your skincare routine, and performing elaborate steps to juice up your skin, commit the same time to perform lunges, burpees, squats, or leg lifts.
There is not a lot to do when a mask is on! Why not work out for a short while?
